Appointments are not taking place at the ACCKWA office but we can still connect you with the nurse. Please email a staff member, or Facebook message us during business hours and we will ensure that she receives your information to arrange an appointment time. Depending on your concern, this appointment may take place over the phone.
If you have already seen the nurse and need a prescription renewal, please contact your pharmacy to fax her the renewal request directly.
