ACCKWA – AGM Update

2022 AGM Update

We would like to first and foremost say thankyou to our ACCKWA membership, peers, staff, volunteers and other supporters. We hope you are keeping safe and well.

Our year at ACCKWA involved team work across our organization to deliver services to individuals severely impacted by rapidly increasing inequality. Our work involved contributions to health equity, public health and community health, outreach to our ACCKWA communities, support for ongoing clinical services, advocacy in support of consumption and treatment services in Cambridge.

Ruth’s tenth AGM as Executive Director involves a 100% increase in overall revenue, and a 95% increase in operational revenue since her first AGM. Jointly, the Board and Ruth successfully implemented our 2016 to 2021 Strategic Plan and have developed and already made progress on the 2022 to 2027 strategic goals. The Board, Executive Director, peers, volunteers and staff have another very busy year ahead.
